Restaurant Reviews
We were passing through Deer Park a few days ago and happened to catch Captain Cod’s Company Food Truck.
Happy New Year Everyone! If you’re like us and fully enjoyed all the holiday foods this season, there is no better place to reset your mind and body then at Prana Juice & Tea.
The snow season is upon us, which means it’s time to get out your skis and snowboards. If you are headed up to 49 Degrees North this winter, then there is no better place to stop and have breakfast or lunch than Monica’s Buttermilk Kitchen!
STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING RIGHT NOW AND GO TO THE LAKEHOUSE BAR AND GRILL IN LOON LAKE. The food, staff, service, and ambience was impeccable. We could not believe that this restaurant is in Loon Lake.
Over the weekend, we had the pleasure of checking out an AWESOME new spot in the Chewelah area. This wonderful little town has been evolving over the last few years. From the construction of the new Mistequa Hotel and Casino to the major upgrades 49 Degrees North has, and continues to make, Chewelah is well on its way to becoming a great spot for recreation, no matter the season!
We briefly had a chance to check out The New 63 Social House & Eatery during restaurant week but based on what we saw we knew we wanted to come back and have the full experience.
We absolutely love it when fans of restaurants reach out to us with recommendations, in fact that is how we discovered La Presa in Airway Heights. Rick Van Sickle reached out to us to let us know about their amazing food and service.
Kenzie, Julie, Zach, and Stacy have worked so hard to turn Bulldog’s BBQ into a local gathering place that is family friendly. When they originally bought the building it had been poorly maintained but through their blood, sweat, and tears they have transformed it into a real gem.
Spokane offers lots of cool activities but perhaps one of the coolest things for us foodies is the Inlander restaurant week. Participating restaurants create special menus consisting of three courses and can cost between $25-$45 per person.
We started with the fried beans and queso dip. I have never had fried green beans but now they’ll have to become a part of my diet. They serve them with different dipping sauces and we chose their house made ranch. It is my new favorite dipping sauce, it tasted like a combination of ranch and tartar.
