Now enrolling ECEAP Free Preschool for the 2015-2016 School Year! NorthEast Washington Educational Service District 101 (NEWESD 101) partners with 15 school districts and child care centers to offer a comprehensive quality preschool program that provides free services and support for families with children ages 3 or 4 by August 31, 2015. Children are accepted based on their age, family income and/or other developmental or environmental risk factors. Sites located in the following school districts: Columbia, Curlew, Davenport, Lind, Loon Lake, Mead, Northport, Orient, Reardan, Republic, Ritzville, Selkirk, Spokane Tribe of Indians (in Wellpinit), and Summit Valley.
