Get free and unbiased one-on-one counseling that is specific to you and your Medicare questions, with a trained volunteer from SHIBA (Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors). The SHIBA volunteer can provide you with information about Medicare, Medigaps (Medicare Supplements), Medicare Advantage plans, prescription drug programs, and low-income programs to help pay for your Medicare.
SHIBA is a free, unbiased, and confidential counseling service of the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner. SHIBA is a statewide network of trained volunteers who assist and advocate for consumers about Medicare and is sponsored locally by Aging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW).
